Payment methods
Card
All VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron, Maestro and MIR cards are accepted. Payments are processed by PayU. No commission is applied to these payments.
Wire transfer
Wire transfer is only available after registration as a legal entity. The amount of commission depends on the bank.
Even when paying for services from your bonus balance, you must first attach a card to your account.
Refund Terms & Conditions
Funds remaining on a balance may be returned once the following documents have been presented:
For individuals
For legal entities
  • request form
  • a copy of the document confirming the authority of the person whose signature is indicated in the statement.

Please note:
  • Returns will only be issued if the information provided in the request form matches the information in the Customer Control Panel.
  • Returns can only be issued by a direct transfer to the Customer's settlement account.
  • Returns cannot be issued to third parties.
