Refund Terms & Conditions
Funds remaining on a balance may be returned once the following documents have been presented:
For legal entities
- request form
- a copy of the document confirming the authority of the person whose signature is indicated in the statement.
The request form may be presented in person at the Company office or by post :

Please note:
- Returns will only be issued if the information provided in the request form matches the information in the Customer Control Panel.
- Returns can only be issued by a direct transfer to the Customer's settlement account.
- Returns cannot be issued to third parties.
